From designing and planning your dream home to construction and closing, you'll love the one-on-one attention from an expert builder.

1. CHOOSE YOUR LOCATION

The main components of the budget will be purchasing land, preparing the land, and construction of your home.  Decide what your budget will be, and then we can help you make design decisions that will keep you on track with your budget.

JJB Builders crafts beautiful homes across the Texas Hill Country Region.  We can help you select the perfect location for your new home, or we can build on your lot and ensure you make the most of your Hill Country paradise.

2. CREATE A BUDGET

3. DESIGN YOUR HOME

4. CONSTRUCTION

During the construction process you will be frequently informed of the progress being made on your new home.  Your builder will personally call you once a week with updates, and you will have a detailed homeowner orientation before you close.  The typical process will go as follows:

  • Site Preparation & Clearing

  • Foundation

  • Framing

  • Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC

  • Insulation and Drywall

  • Finish Carpentry, Painting and Staining

  • Flooring/Finishing Touches

  • Final Inspections & Move-In

5. WARRANTY

All JJB Builders homes come with our top of the line warranty plan which includes:​​

  • One-year warranty on all workmanship and materials

  • Two-year warranty on wiring, piping and ductwork in the electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilating and mechanical systems

  • Ten-year warranty on all major structural components
