During the construction process you will be frequently informed of the progress being made on your new home. Your builder will personally call you once a week with updates, and you will have a detailed homeowner orientation before you close. The typical process will go as follows:

5. WARRANTY

All JJB Builders homes come with our top of the line warranty plan which includes:

One-year warranty on all workmanship and materials
Two-year warranty on wiring, piping and ductwork in the electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilating and mechanical systems
Ten-year warranty on all major structural components
